- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders will be shipped on TUESDAY and THURSDAY of every week unless the express shipping option is used at checkout.
- If you choose to pick up any items please contact us BEFORE you order for further information and instructions.
- There is a $3 fee if you have to have your items delivered by us or if we have to meet you for your items.
- If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Tracking numbers will be issued as soon as your package leaves the facility and is in transit to the next destination if one is provided by the carrier.
- After your package is taken to the post office we no longer have any control over what happens after it is dropped off.
- All shipping problems are to be taken up with the post office.
Refunds
- Absolutely NO refunds on TAMPERED items. If you have a problem with the product notify via email and we will contact you in a timely manner.
- Refunds are issued after we are contacted and have made a final decision on wether or not there is a need for one. They are NOT guaranteed!
- Please allow 2-3 business days to see your refund credited back to your account.
